We are proudly part of Japan Post — www.tollgroup.com We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to join our team based in Bayan Lepas, Penang. This position will be responsible for providing effective tender handling, when received from internal & external customers, and align opportunities together with Company’s growth & strategy. Key Responsibilities: Lead global and regional RFQs, managing end-to-end responses. Consolidate and process APAC pricing (excluding North Asia) for global/regional tenders. Maintain and analyze Historical Tender Database based on won RFQs. Handle RFIs within required timelines and ensure timely submissions. Perform RFQ sanity checks (98% accuracy target) before submission. Ensure complete and accurate rate components (units & currencies) in submissions. Support Sales Operations in generating profitability reports. Maintain Tender Pricing Contact List and ensure data accuracy. Respond to emails within 24 hours. Manage multiple tenders simultaneously, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. Consolidate and update RFI data using Tender Database & Resource Centre. Manage RFI library, validate FAQs, and update new insights from completed RFIs. Ensure RFI compliance with internal policies and processes. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels. Support ad-hoc tasks, pricing analysis, and projects aligned with business goals. Requirements: Education: Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred). Experience: At least 4-5 years’ experience in a relevant capacity. Prior experience in logistics, operations, or milestone tracking is an advantage. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy skills. Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle customer and internal interactions professionally.
