1. Acceptance of Terms

ResumeGeni is operated by 941 Apps, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using ResumeGeni, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

ResumeGeni provides AI-powered resume building and optimization tools to help job seekers create professional resumes.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining account security
You must be at least 16 years old to use the service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Submit false or misleading information
Attempt to access other users' data
Interfere with the service's operation

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your resume content. We retain ownership of our platform, AI models, and templates.

6. Subscriptions and Payment

ResumeGeni Pro. Downloading a resume, AI tailoring, resume translation, and AI profile improvements require a ResumeGeni Pro subscription. Uploading a resume, viewing your ATS score, and reading our suggested changes do not.

Price and billing period. ResumeGeni Pro is $9.99 (USD) per month. On the App Store, the price shown at purchase is the price for your storefront and currency, and the purchase is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period, at the same price, until you cancel. Web subscriptions renew at the end of each monthly period. App Store subscriptions renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time. Cancel a web subscription from your account settings; cancel an App Store subscription in your Apple Account settings. When you cancel, you keep Pro through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Refunds. If something isn't right, email [email protected] within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge. Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple under Apple's refund process.

Payment processing. Web payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. See our Privacy Policy for what is shared.

Price changes. We may change the price. If we do, we will tell you before the change takes effect, and the new price will not apply until your next renewal after that notice. You can cancel before it takes effect.

7. Limitation of Liability

ResumeGeni is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
