We are proudly part of Japan Post — www.tollgroup.com Your Responsibilities Carry out daily logistics operations in compliance with company procedures. Perform Goods Receipt activities, including GRN data entry into the ERP system (SAP). Operate MHEs such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet inverters, and (if licensed) scissor lifts. Conduct cycle counts and support basic inventory control activities. Ensure proper documentation, use of barcode scanners, and accurate data entry. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct SOP training when required. Adhere to GMP practices, including contamination control, use of airlock rooms, and handling of IPA. Maintain a strong safety mindset and comply with all safety guidelines. Support other logistics-related duties as assigned. Your Qualifications / Requirements Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma. Basic literacy, numeracy, and IT skills. Hands-on experience with ERP systems, especially SAP (for GRN entry). Valid forklift license; able to operate other MHEs (reach truck, pallet inverter). Scissor Lift license is an advantage. Able to work on rotating shifts and perform OT when required. Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment is preferred. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to accuracy. Good communication skills. Independent, responsible, and a strong team player. Willingness to learn with a positive working attitude. Location: 20 Tuas South Ave 6, MJN In-Plant - Parking Available (FOC) Available to work on shift: 8am - 8pm / 8pm - 8am (according to monthly roster) What moves you?
