At TotalEnergies Trading & Shipping, innovation is at the heart of our transformation. Our Trading Innovation Lab (TILT) was created to foster new ideas, accelerate digital initiatives, and promote collaboration across our global trading activities.
As part of TILT, you will work in a highly collaborative and international environment, interacting with teams across trading (gas, power, oil) as well as with external partners such as startups, technology providers, and academic institutions. The lab acts as a hub to transform ideas into concrete business opportunities through events, workshops, and innovation projects.
During your internship, you will play a key role in supporting the lab’s activities, helping to build and engage the innovation community, and contributing to the development of impactful initiatives.

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Innovation, Business, Communications, or a related field
