Orientación y desarrollo de oportunidades de ventas (nuevos negocios) directamente con los comerciantes. Identificar de manera proactiva oportunidades de ventas dentro de la red de sucursales. Asumir la responsabilidad de entregar la cuota de ventas, que incluye la gestión de ciclos de ventas, métricas de conversión y un flujo de ventas continuo. Gestionar asociaciones y garantizar un servicio adecuado a los socios. Prospección y ejecución de presentaciones de ventas dinámicas Crecer la cartera de clientes en valor y rentabilidad. Trabajar en sinergia y con una comunicación efectiva Diseñar estrategias que le permitan crecer la diversificación de la cartera a su cargo. Identificar las necesidades del cliente y recomendar las soluciones de productos idóneos de acuerdo sus necesidades. Explicar nuestra propuesta de valor a los clientes Cierre de ventas de nuestros servicios de procesamiento de pagos Educar a los comercios y propietarios de empresas sobre la industria de procesamiento de pagos Mantener una comunicación regular con el Gerente de División Cotizar y presentar propuestas rentables a los clientes Formación académica: Licenciatura o Ingeniería. (Económico - Administrativo), Administración o a fín. Experiencia: 2 -3 años de experiencia en venta y/o colocación de TPVS Administración de portafolio de clientes en el sector financiero segmento patrimonial. Conocimiento del entorno financiero Mexicano, Mercados Financieros Productos Financieros sofisticados Habilidades: Manejo de PC y habilidad para trabajar en Word, Excel o software similar. Excelentes habilidades de prospección y cierre de ventas, ingenio, comunicación, presentación y networking. Adaptabilidad al cambio Atención y servicio al cliente. Proactividad y creatividad.
