Role Overview: 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Material Plan & Execution Specialist Intern to join our team. This internship is designed for university students who are pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, English or Industrial Engineering (IE) are expected to graduate in 2027. The intern will support our continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the implementation of Material Plan & Execution.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Weekly monitor delivery KPI, work with cross functional team on action plan execution.
  • Customer order management in Oracle system.
  • Support implementation of Material Plan & Execution.
  • Assist in the identification and analysis of process improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in problem-solving sessions and root cause analysis.
  • Document and present findings and recommendations to management.
  • Other reasonable tasks assigned by organizational or functional supervisor(s).

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Supply Chain Management, English or Industrial Engineering (IE) or a related field.
  • Expected graduation year: 2027.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Goot at English, CET-4 or above.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship or project experience in a manufacturing environment.
