YOUR MISSION: Execute and contribute to the Supply Chain Compliance strategy in the assigned scope that aligns with the Group Supply Chain and Logistics strategy and long-term business objectives of the assigned organizational unit(s). HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? - Execute and contribute to the Supply Chain Compliance strategy within the assigned scope, ensuring alignment with the Group Supply Chain and Logistics strategy and long-term business objectives of the designated organizational unit(s). - Conduct and deliver audit assignments in specified client areas, including developing individual audit plans, defining detailed scopes, performing fieldwork, reporting findings and opinions, agreeing on corrective actions with auditees, and escalating serious or contentious issues to the lead auditor. - Provide support services and deliver preestablished outcomes while adhering to the organization's regulatory and governance systems and protocols. - Investigate standard incidents using current regulatory and compliance processes, systems, and procedures, and take immediate action to resolve compliance issues. Offer advice to senior colleagues on more complex problems. - Perform a range of complex activities to generate evidence supporting the validation of existing and new quality assurance test methods and procedures. - Engage in various quality management activities under the guidance of senior colleagues to identify and evaluate current policies and business processes within the scope of the quality management system (QMS), and support the design, development, and documentation of new policies, procedures, and business processes. - Address queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and related policies, referring issues to others for policy interpretation when necessary. - Organize and prepare complex documents using various applications for technology devices, such as standard office software, and gather and summarize data for special reports. - Design monthly schedules and, if necessary, assign work to others to expedite office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks are completed. - Develop personal capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media. - Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level required. - Must be an experienced practitioner capable of working unsupervised. - Limited managerial experience is necessary.
