  • Leverage sales and business development tools to track activities, optimize outreach, and drive measurable results.

Required Qualifications

  • Understanding of Japanese Financial Institutions or strong familiarity with Nasdaq's Financial Technology solutions.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.

  • Curious and eager to continuously learn about new products, markets, and prospecting techniques.

  • At least 1 year of work experience (prospecting experience in financial services or relationship-driven industries preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience prospecting within Japanese financial services or similarly relationship-driven industries.

  • Experience using both traditional (industry events, formal referrals) and modern digital outreach techniques.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand regulatory and capital markets technology solutions.

This position will be located in Tokyo and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

How to Get Hired at Nasdaq, Inc.

  • Nasdaq is a technology company first, not just a stock exchange. While the Nasdaq Stock Exchange is its most visible brand, roughly 75-80% of revenue comes from recurring software and subscription services across market technology, index licensing, data analytics, and anti-financial crime solutions. Understanding this distinction is critical for interviews.
  • Workday powers Nasdaq's careers portal at nasdaq.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com. Format your resume with standard section headers, avoid tables and multi-column layouts, and upload as PDF. After submission, verify that Workday correctly parsed your work history, dates, education, and skills before finalizing your application.
