Senior Business Analyst
As a Senior Business Analyst reporting to the Director of Business Analysis team, you'll play a critical role in shaping and delivering solutions that power clearing and settlement infrastructure for financial market participants worldwide. You will bridge product strategy and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into impactful, high-quality product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Translate product strategy into a clear roadmap, prioritized backlog, and measurable outcomes that drive business value.
Gather and communicate client insights, turning customer needs and challenges into actionable product requirements for development teams.
Define and prioritize product requirements by balancing business value, delivery flow, and cross-functional tradeoffs.
Partner with engineering, quality assurance, and business stakeholders to ensure delivery is aligned with the product roadmap and release goals.
Manage product risks and quality standards by embedding acceptance criteria into delivery cycles and integrating across business and technology teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, or similar client-facing role within technology or financial services.
Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex business processes and workflows.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and ceremonies.
Knowledge of clearing, settlement, or broader capital markets operations and transaction lifecycles.
Willingness and ability to travel to client sites internationally as needed.
This position will be located in Stockholm and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
