Job Description 【薬事部　開発薬事室（開発薬事担当）】 ＜業務内容＞ 開発品目に関する薬事戦略の構築、新薬開発・申請のエキスパートとしてグローバルを含むプロジェクトチームへの参画及び当局対応、承認申請準備から承認取得までの当局対応、導入候補品評価，社内調整など ＜応募要件＞ 経験・知識： 新医薬品の開発薬事（申請薬事）関連業務で3年以上の経験 新医薬品の承認申請，対面助言など薬事規制当局との窓口対応の経験を有する 薬事業界活動の経験があればなお可 CMC部門での業務経験があればなお可 ソフトスキル： 協調性に優れ、グローバルチームを含む社内外のステークホルダーと円滑にコミュニケーション、ネゴシエーションできる能力 問題分析し、解決に導く能力（論理的思考力） プロジェクトチームを牽引するリーダーシップ ITリテラシーが高く、新しい知識やスキルを身につける意欲の高い方 日本が本社機能を持つ組織にて、様々な国の関係者と連携し、グローバルプロジェクトをリードすることができます。 英語：業務上のコミュニケーションが可能（読み/書き/会話）：TOEIC 750点以上もしくは同等の英語力を有することが望ましい ＜勤務地＞ 東京本部（品川） Location 東京_品川 For the details of the locations, please refer here.
