岗位职责： 

  • 负责部分瞬转平台各宿主细胞培养及瞬转表达工作； 
  • 负责部分关键试剂平台蛋白纯化工作； 
  • 定期更新与汇总相关蛋白的QC结果并撰写实验报告； 
  • 与QC部门合作完成各类样品表征工作； 
  • 实验数据的总结以及实验记录的撰写。 

 

任职要求： 

  • 具有一定真核或原核蛋白表达经验、真核细胞培养经验； 
  • 了解常见的蛋白纯化方法（亲和层析、离子交换、疏水、分子筛）； 
  • 热爱研发工作，能够独立设计和开展实验。
