Job Description

Your responsibilities

Recruiting: You will support the local HR team with various organizational tasks in the application process. Together with the hiring managers, you will create appealing and targeted job postings and handle initial communication with applicants.

Mobility: You will support our team with administrative tasks related to the short-term assignments of our worldwide colleagues in Germany as well as international secondments.

Administrative support: You prepare documents and contracts, write employment references and work closely with the finance department, for example by performing preparatory tasks for processing invoices.

Marketing & Events: You will develop advertising materials, support the planning and execution of job fairs, and help with the organization of company events.

Diverse stakeholders: You will work closely with the local and global HR team as well as colleagues from various departments within our company.

Your profile

Qualification: You are studying in the field of human resources management, business administration, media and communication studies, corporate communication or similar.

Requirement: You can present a valid certificate of enrollment from your university.

Personality: Good communication skills, sociability, independence and commitment, as well as very good English language skills.

Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and/or training. In addition to base salary, we offer (full time regular employees ) a comprehensive benefits package and for certain roles eligibility in our bonus plan and long-term incentives as applicable.
