Primary Location: United States (US) - Florida - Orlando Function: Operations (CA) Title: Whole Goods and Program Specialist - 119807 Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position ## Your Responsibilities As a Whole Goods and Program Specialist for A&T Sales/Mktg located in Orlando, FL, you will: * Work with Region 4 Training Centers and Colleges to manage equipment orders all the way through the process from orders, order fulfillment, delivery to training centers, and final transfer to Dealer Organizations. * Ensure that daily tasks and order fulfillment/order management and shipping processes are completed and accounted. * Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipping logistics, center tasks are performed accurately, efficiently and on time to meet customer requirements. VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position ## What Skills You Need * Ensures that daily order fulfillment functions are complete as required * Supports and assists the Training Centers and related Dealer Organizations * Utilizes systems such as (Sales Center), (JDMINT), and (Parts Advisor) to support programs * Works with outside companies to manage logistics of equipment shipping * Assists in managing the workload and order fulfillment projects relative to order management ## What Makes You Standout * High level of experience in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools * Ability to constantly re-prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously with multiple parties involved * 1 or more years of experience in working in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication skills both written and verbal * Excellent problem solving and time management skills ## Education Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: * A Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline What You'll Get At John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
