Job Description

As the Warehouse Manager you will lead daily warehouse operations. You will hold a hands-on role – close to the shopfloor, working directly with the team and production to keep materials flowing and deliveries on track.

You will manage a team of two Team Leaders and a Buyer, report to the Plant Manager, and work onsite in Szczecin, Poland.

Your Responsibilities:

• Daily operations Run end-to-end warehouse activities (receiving, storage, picking, shipping) and ensure smooth material flow to production.
• Shopfloor collaboration Work closely with production teams daily – solving issues, reacting fast, and keeping operations moving.
• Transport and deliveries Plan inbound and outbound transport, ensure on-time deliveries, and control costs.
• Inventory & space management Maintain stock accuracy, manage FIFO/WIP, optimize warehouse layout and space.
• Process improvement Spot inefficiencies, simplify processes, reduce costs, and improve ways of working.
• Team leadership Lead and develop your team, support their daily work, provide feedback and training.
• KPIs and performance Track main metrics, identify issues quickly, and take action.
• Compliance and safety Ensure compliance with company standards and build a strong, practical safety culture on the floor.
• Cross-team cooperation Work with other departments to keep operations aligned. .

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in warehouse and logistics management
• Several years of experience managing warehouse within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Knowledge of inventory management, material flow, FIFO/WIP, warehouse layout optimization, and internal logistics processes
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); Polish required

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Experience in process optimization, cost control, and continuous improvement programs (Lean, Kaizen or similar)
• Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems and advanced MS Excel skills
• Experience with Occupational Health & Safety, environmental protection standards, and compliance requirements
