Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and transactions in the system.
- Prepare and process shipping, receiving, and delivery documentation (DO, invoices, etc.).
- Coordinate with warehouse operations team to ensure timely inbound and outbound activities.
- Update data in WMS and ensure data accuracy.
- Track and monitor stock levels, discrepancies, and damages, reporting issues promptly.
- Liaise with transport providers, suppliers, and internal teams for order fulfilment.
- Support cycle counts and stock audits.
- Handle filing, reporting, and general administrative duties.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM with at least 1 - 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics administration.
- Familiar with WMS / SAP is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Good command of language in Bahasa Melayu / English.
- Willing to be based at Seksyen 23, Shah Alam.
