Village Junior Sous Chef - InterContinental Hayman Great Barrier Reef
As a Village Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in the smooth day-to-day operation of the Village Diner, assisting in delivering consistent, high-quality food service across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquet-style functions for up to 400 colleagues. Working under guidance, you’ll help prepare and present a diverse range of meals that cater to different tastes and dietary needs, while ensuring all dishes meet established standards for quality, presentation, and timing. You’ll contribute to menu updates aligned with seasonal changes and menu cycles, while maintaining compliance with food safety, hygiene regulations, and kitchen procedures.
