The Business Planning Analyst will be responsible for sustaining support of the Product Release Integration Management Environment (PRIME) system.
- Processing of data change requests (ECNs)
- Responding to production queries
- Logging system bugs and issues into JIRA
- Managing Global Operations performer tables
- Reviewing and resolving system errors
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/ Business Administration or equivalent
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Able to collaborate with colleagues from different cultures and nationalities
- Able to work reliably and effectively with minimal supervision
- Familiar with process mapping and root cause analysis
- Curious with AI exploration for workflow enhancement initiatives (Claude, MS 360, Copilot)
- Prior knowledge on the semiconductor manufacturing process is an advantage
- Possesses proactive mindset
- Preferably with Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification
