Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets for the Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio within the assigned zone
  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to effectively identify, acquire, and retain high-quality customers
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as credit, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient service delivery
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales initiatives and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and drive professional development

Requirements

  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a proven track record of success in sales management and business development
  • Strong understanding of the Loan Against Property (LAP) market, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, set clear goals, and drive performance
  • Proficient in data analysis, financial modeling, and decision-making to support strategic planning and decision-making
  • Adaptable to changing market conditions and able to quickly respond to new challenges and opportunities
