Job Overview 

Global mission :

• Consolidate the stakeholders’ needs.
• Converge the Project Performance Contract, in coherence with the targets agreed with Marketing, the Program and Platform.
• Manage the Vehicle Performance Validation Plan including safety requirements and the performance convergence.

Responsabilities :

• Translate the Marketing/Brands needs and lead the convergence of the functional objective target definition process with the Marketing and Brands, involving Physical and Functional Architecture and Subsystems inputs
• Negociate performance targets with customer synthesis and design department
• Leads the convergence between design, technical feasibility and performance target
• Monitore the target achievement all along the project
• Monitore the technical specifications availability to fulfill the performance targets
• Ensures the coherence of the functional specifications between the different subsystems
• With the help of PIV RPV and RPV Deputy: Defines and coordinate the digital and physical validation plan (including expert and captive fleets) :
• Define the validation plan of vehicle synthesis tests (number and type of tests)
• Define, converge and monitor the validation plan budget (number of means, test duration, digital/physical balance)
• Monitor the hardware and software vehicle validation plan realization (made by design departments): schedule planning, means availability, means updating monitoring, tests results.
• Manage the performance convergence (tests results monitoring and reporting, cross functional performance action plans management)
• Coordinate design departments action plan for performance convergence.
• Organize the subjective assessments (made by customer synthesis and design department + the vehicle performance manager)
• Support the benchmarking and marketing assessment tests and the Chassis/thermal Design department hot and cold missions
• Write the confidentiality file
• Takes into account regulatory constraints and follow up the tests plan carrying out.
• Under RSV monitoring: manage the safety files gathering and safety release/assessment organization

Interfaces :

• Financial budget department, Marketing, Brands, Projects, Platforms, Modules, Sub-systems (Body in White, Equipments and material, EE, powertrain, propulsion and chassis systems), technical performance department (NVH, Thermal design, passive safety,…), Regulation department, safety department.
