As a UX Designer, you will shape intuitive, accessible, and high‑impact digital experiences by applying a structured, user‑centered design process. You will conduct user research and stakeholder interviews, develop information architecture, and translate insights into clear interaction designs. Your work will include ideation, concept refinement, prototyping, and validation through usability and accessibility testing. Beyond UX responsibilities, you will contribute to the technical evaluation of systems, assist with analysis of specialized applications, and provide insights on architectures, automation, risk management, and software lifecycle best practices. Your ability to apply advanced mathematical and modeling techniques will support efforts in system optimization and technical innovation. You will work alongside senior consultants to assess systems, identify improvements, and develop recommendations for modernization.
Here's what you need
- Proficiency applying a full user-centered design process (define → ideate → prototype → validate)
- Experience with systems analysis, integration, documentation, and solution recommendations
- Experience conducting user research, stakeholder interviews, and gathering requirements
- Hands‑on experience performing usability and accessibility testing
- Expertise creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma and/or FigJam
- Strong skills in information architecture and interaction design
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and Agile development teams
Bonus points if you have:
- Ability to manage and contribute to design systems
- Technical knowledge of specialized applications and operational environments
- Strong understanding of information systems architecture, networking, telecommunications, automation, communications protocols, and software lifecycle management
- Familiarity with both modern and legacy technologies relevant to UX and system design

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
