By Your Side For Health

Health plan coverage is available after day 1 of employment, with costs shared by the company which include three medical plan options through Aetna. The health plans have varying levels of coverage depending on how much you want to contribute through payroll and the deductible level you elect.

It also includes:

  • Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options
  • Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Prescription Drug coverage through Express Scripts
  • Two dental plan options through MetLife
  • Vision coverage through EyeMed
  • Company paid Short-Term Disability and optional Long-Term Disability plans are also available.

By Your Side For Wealth

West offers a 401(k) plan with a company match of 100% of the first 3% of your contribution, plus 50% of the next 2%, with immediate vesting. Team members are immediately eligible and can contribute even before enrolled into the 401(k) plan upon hire. In addition, the company will make an annual non-elective employer contribution (NEC) equal to 3% of your eligible earnings.
