- 6+ years of hands-on experience in US accounting you have the depth to advise, the breadth to lead, and the judgment to navigate complexity
- CPA, CA, or CMA is required
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing Managers — you know how to get the best out of people who are themselves leading teams
- A track record of owning senior client relationships, handling high-stakes escalations with composure and confidence
- Exceptional written and spoken English — you communicate with clarity, authority, and empathy across all levels
- Proficiency in accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar; deep familiarity with US GAAP and multi-client environments
