Job Title: Admission Counsellor Online/Distance Learning (OL/ODL)

Location: Work From Office

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students in enrolling in Online and Distance Learning (ODL/OL) higher education programs. The role involves counselling, follow-ups, and converting inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Counsel prospective students about Online & Distance Learning degree programs
  
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
  
• Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  
• Convert inquiries into successful admissions
  
• Maintain accurate data in CRM systems
  
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
  
• Stay updated on university programs, admission processes, and eligibility criteria
  
• Provide a positive counselling experience to students and parents
  

Candidate Profile

Required Experience

Experience in higher education counselling/admissions/sales preferred
Candidates with only K–12 counselling experience are not eligible

If Fresher / No Direct Experience

Candidates must have:

• Basic understanding of India’s Higher Education System
  
• Awareness of regulatory bodies like UGC, AICTE, etc.
  
• Minimum Graduate Degree

• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
  
• Good convincing and sales skills
  
• Student-focused counselling approach
  
• Adaptable, coachable, and target-oriented mindset
  
• Sincere and disciplined work ethic
  
• CRM tool experience (preferred)

Compensation

Salary Range: 25,000 – 40,000 per month
(Based on prior experience in online higher education sales/admissions)
