Position: Admission Counsellor (OL/ODL)

Candidate Attributes

• Relevant experience in counselling & conversion for higher education degree programs
• Not eligible: Candidates with only K-12 counselling experience
• If not experienced, must have:
• Basic understanding of Indias higher education system
• Graduate degree minimum
• Awareness of regulatory bodies (UGC, AICTE, etc.)
• Strong English communication skills
• Adaptability & coachability
• Sales aptitude & convincing ability
• Work sincerity
• CRM tool experience (preferred)
