Senior Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage Purchase Orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Develop and maintain MIS reports to support procurement decisions
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize terms
- Leverage Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) to analyze data and drive process improvements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet procurement requirements
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in procurement, MIS, and vendor management.
- Proficient in Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
