Must-Have Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
Must have working experience on W2 requirements and developer roles.
Proven Hands-on experience in IT & Engineering recruitment
Direct client exposure with W2 hiring experience
End to End US Staffing Recruitment with strong focus on targets, closures, and delivery
Have good experience in hiring positions like Java Developer, .Net Developer, Data Architect, DevOps Engineer, UI/Front-End Developer/UX Designer, Product Owner/Scrum Master, Systems Analyst/Engineer, SDET, Full Stack Developer.

Key Skills:

Candidate must have a clear understanding of benefits, compensation, US Visa/ employment types, and terms like W2, US Citizen, GC, Etc
Manage full-cycle recruitment for federal, state, and commercial clients across IT & Engineering
Source candidates via Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networking, building and maintaining an active pipeline of technical & functional professionals, ensuring a quick response to open requisitions.
Close technical and functional requirements within the given submission time frame for both government and commercial clients, leading to higher chances of interview shortlisting & ensuring 50%+ submission-to-interview ratio.
Conduct technical screenings ensuring client alignment,
Responsible for setting up interviews, arranging & leading interview prep sessions, reducing last-minute dropouts
Proficient in ATS (Job Diva) and W2, C2C, C2H hiring, ensuring compliance and 100% accurate background checks
