Key responsibilities
Allianz Partners have high ambition to develop Specialty Lines wordwide. As part of Global Operations, in Specialty Lines we are responsible for 3 Sub-Lines of Business: Easy Living, MDDR and Automotive Warranty.
This role aims at providing timely Operational support to our Platform teams by enabling: Optimal Quality Management mechanisms, monitoring Strategic KPIs such as: VOC, Customer Satisfaction, Complaints and other OPS metrics.
Guaranteeing robust procedures to comply with Standards and regulatory needs, enabling capabilities to deliver Excellence, such as: Learning & Development, Quality Assurance while supporting experts in Risks Monitoring and Operations Analytics.
Through this role, you will have the main following responsibilities:
- Build and maintain Quality Management and Assurance frameworks for Specialty Lines, ensuring they’re understood and applied by operations teams across Greater France and aligned with global standards.
- Ensure regulatory and internal standards are embedded in day‑to‑day work (especially around claims handling, complaints and customer protection), and that documentation, audits and reporting are up to date.
- Set up and coordinate Learning & Development guidelines and processes: collect training needs, support the creation and rollout of training content and certification paths, and track key metrics such as learning hours.
- Monitor and support Complaints Management and Customer Experience metrics (VOC, NPS/CSAT, complaints, key operations KPIs), and work with platform teams to drive concrete improvements.
- Support experts on key operational risk topics such as fraud prevention and detection, leakage controls and operations analytics; help structure and follow up on action plans.
- Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insight responsibly and in line with our standards for data governance, security and ethical use.
Key requirements/ What you bring
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and French is required. English is a plus.
- Solid Operations / Quality background: minimum 5 years of experience in business operations (ideally insurance, assistance or claims) with hands‑on exposure to quality processes, audits, complaints or customer protection: you can challenge and improve existing ways of working.
- Experience in large or matrix organisations: you know how to operate in a complex, international setup: aligning with global standards while making them workable for local teams, and influencing without direct authority.
- Practical knowledge of Quality & Data practices: experience with quality management systems, KPI monitoring and reporting. Quality and/or data-related certifications (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, data analytics) are an advantage and show you can work rigorously with metrics.
- Learning & Development mindset: you have contributed to training programs or capability building (identifying needs, shaping content, or tracking completion) and understand how adult learning works in an operational context.
- Good understanding of AI frameworks and the ability to utilize AI tools in everyday tasks. Interest in supporting clients in adopting AI for successful business transformation.
