We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to support Workforce Management (WFM) operations. This role is responsible for employee scheduling, position assignments, payroll support, attendance tracking, and time-off administration. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience working in fast-paced environments, and proficiency with Microsoft Teams and workforce management systems.
Responsibilities
- Work schedule: 12 & 2 during in season operations (12 days working with 2 guaranteed days off for the weekend). M-F during off season
- Create, maintain, and adjust employee schedules to meet operational needs.
- Coordinate staffing assignments and position placements.
- Track employee attendance, call-offs, and schedule changes.
- Review and support payroll processing by maintaining accurate employee time and attendance records.
- Process and approve vacation requests, personal days, and other time-off requests in accordance with company policies.
- Communicate scheduling updates and operational information through Microsoft Teams.
- Monitor workforce coverage and recommend staffing adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate employee records within WFM and scheduling systems.
- Collaborate with supervisors, managers, and team members to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Generate reports related to staffing, attendance, scheduling, and payroll.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $39,500 - $63,100.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in workforce management, employee scheduling, operations, or a related field required.
- 1+ year of experience using Workforce Management (WFM) or employee scheduling systems required.
- 1+ year of experience supporting timekeeping, attendance tracking, or payroll processes preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams required.
- Ability to maintain accurate employee records and scheduling data with a high level of accuracy.
