Job Overview 

The Capacity manager monitors, analyzes, and forecasts resource usage (such part numbers, trims, body colors) to ensure optimal performance and availability. They balance supply and demand by planning upgrades, avoiding bottlenecks, and controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze trends and predict future capacity needs
  • Monitor resources saturation and utilization
  • Develop capacity plans aligned with business needs
  • Optimize resource allocation to reduce costs
  • Produce reports and dashboards on capacity metrics
  • Support incident and problem management related to execution issues supply chain feasibility and integration.
  • Act as the key interface between plants, suppliers, regional teams and EE supply chain team to ensure plan execution.
  • Support the S&D process/meeting with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 2 years’ experience in relationship with supplier and purchasing function in automotive industry
  • Understanding of performance tuning and workload management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with monitoring tools  
  • Proficiency in data analysis
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Arabic is a plus.
