Your Role Purpose: Deliver the volume growth and market leadership ambitions for the export of focused products from selected Asian regions, leveraging industry knowledge and aligning with Global and Regional Product Managers and supplier relationships. Scout for future high-growth materials and strategic value areas. Mandate: Own the supplier and purchasing relationships (including related product flows) across the GSO countries to fulfill strategic objectives. Objectives and KPIs: Volume Growth: Achieve >35% growth by 2028. Supplier NPS: Improve supplier satisfaction and relationship metrics. Compliance Targets: Meet and maintain compliance standards. Duties and Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement product strategies to achieve over 35% volume growth by 2028, managing supplier relationships, targets, and pricing negotiations. Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with key suppliers, ensuring alignment with business goals and improving supplier satisfaction. Collaboration: Work with internal teams to create supply programs that support growth and market leadership. Market Opportunities: Identify and recommend new products and suppliers to enhance competitiveness and growth potential. Negotiations: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms on pricing, logistics, and conditions. Market Insights: Gather and use market data to inform product strategies and support growth goals. Pipeline Management: Manage a pipeline of projects focused on profitable growth. Cross-Regional Sourcing: Work with sourcing teams globally to ensure supply consistency and risk mitigation. Sustainability & Compliance: Support company initiatives on sustainability and compliance, ensuring alignment with growth targets. Special Projects: Handle additional projects assigned by management. Skills & Qualifications: Fluent in English Expertise in sourcing and interregional markets Strong negotiation and risk management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in multicultural teams Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven Able to travel domestically and internationally when required Other Job Specifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree in Chemistry or Business Administration is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 8 years in sourcing/procurement of chemical products. Experience in the Taiwanese chemical industry is an advantage.
