Your role: You will hold full EMEA-wide accountability for a defined set of strategic DxRM customers and own end-to-end responsibility for all customer sites across the region. You will be the single point of commercial ownership, accountable for topline revenue, profitable growth, contractual performance, forecasting accuracy, and customer satisfaction across EMEA. This role goes beyond territory-based selling and requires a holistic, customer-wide approach. It is highly field-based, with a strong on-site presence at customer locations across EMEA. You will operate with an embedded partner mindset, spending significant time at manufacturing and development sites and acting as an extension of the customer’s organization.
Success arises from a deep, first-hand understanding of customer operations, workflows, and decision-making environments. You will own full commercial responsibility for assigned strategic customers across all EMEA sites and strive to meet or exceed sales targets while driving sustainable, profitable growth. You will develop and execute multi-year EMEA account strategies and plans, leveraging customer data and insights to increase share of wallet. You will lead or support complex, multi-country and multi-site negotiations, pricing frameworks, renewals, and governance. You will provide accurate forecasts at scheduled intervals and utilize Salesforce and digital analytics to forecast demand and manage the pipeline. You will partner closely with manufacturing customers to understand production processes, act as a trusted advisor for regulated environments, and guide customers in selecting and qualifying critical raw materials. You will identify opportunities to expand product and service utilization across customer operations and collaborate across a matrixed global organization to deliver value.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or business field
- 7–10+ years in strategic account management or senior sales
- Experience with complex, multi-site customers
- Strong commercial negotiation background
- Enterprise-level commercial mindset with the ability to influence across functions
- Deep understanding of regulated environments
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Highly autonomous, customer-centric, and consultative in working style
