Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 有效执行公司及所在区域的市场推广策略,制定个人绩效计划,确保市场推广目标的完成及超越完成。

  • 就目标区域开展日常拜访及宣传推广工作,合理安排客户拜访,与目标区域客户保持良好长期的合作关系。

  • 积极有效开发新客户,了解目标客户情况,为新代表的日常客户拜访工作提供指导。

  • 及时、真实的完成各项工作报表。

  • 严格执行公司各项市场活动,了解竞争产品最新动态,准确传递产品信息。

  • 监控目标区域市场动向,及时向地区经理/主管汇报。

  • 收集患者使用产品后的不良反应信息,及时将信息汇报给公司相关部门。

  • 部门职责所需求的其他相关工作。

  • 100% 遵守合规所有的相关规定

Qulifications & Skills:

  • 大专以上学历,医、药专业或医、药市场营销专业为佳

  • 3年以上医、药行业市场营销相关工作经验

  • 熟练使用计算机办公软件

  • 具有良好的语言表达能力及清晰的沟通协调能力

  • 正直诚实,能承受压力

  • 积极独立的心态

  • 通过RDPAC的认证考试
