Our Opportunity
Restaurant Brands International is seeking a Sr. Manager to drive franchise profitability, strategic growth, and development execution across Latin America & the Caribbean. This role combines financial analytics, franchise performance management, and LAC development deal execution, supporting all four RBI brands.
RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week in our Miami, FL office.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Franchise Performance Management
- Collect, validate, and analyze franchisee and Joint Venture financial data
- Evaluate profitability and identify improvement opportunities
- Lead reporting cycles and performance dashboards
- Present insights to senior leadership
Forecasting, Planning & Strategic Insights
- Build financial models to forecast key profitability drivers
- Provide data-driven insights for planning and growth
- Analyze macroeconomic variables (inflation, FX, labor, capex)
- Align forecasts with expansion strategies
Franchise Development & Deal Execution
- Estimate franchisees valuation, leverage projections and cash flow needs
- Support sourcing and evaluation of new franchise partners
- Develop investment cases (IRR, NPV)
- Prepare pitch decks and diligence materials
- Participate in investor discussions and contract negotiations
- Track development commitments vs performance
Standardization & Best Practices
- Implement standardized analytics frameworks
- Establish best practices across markets
- Improve tools and dashboards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with multiple departments
- Lead business reviews and reporting
- Build relationships with franchisees and partners
- Mentor junior team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–8 years of relevant experience (QSR and/or Consulting)
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Spanish required and Portuguese is a plus
