About the Role
General Mills is looking for an experienced Sr D&T Analyst – Supply Chain to support digital transformation initiatives across Supply Chain BPM processes. The role focuses on enabling automated metrics, scalable data solutions, process visibility, and analytics-driven decision-making across Supply Chain functions including LCF and MaKE.
The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP teams, ML engineers, architects, and Agile PODs to deliver technology-driven process improvements aligned with General Mills’ Digital Supply Chain strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive BPM initiatives and support Run & Improve activities across Supply Chain processes.
- Develop and automate Supply Chain metrics, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
- Translate business requirements into technical user stories using Azure DevOps.
- Work with BPM portals, metric repositories, and cloud-based data platforms.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with data governance teams on metric definitions, lineage, and trusted data sources.
- Support Agile POD delivery and stakeholder enablement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of technology delivery experience with 7+ years in Supply Chain systems.
- Strong expertise in:
- SQL & Python
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Azure DevOps / Agile delivery
- Data Engineering & Metric Automation
- Supply Chain analytics and KPI frameworks
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain metrics such as Forecast Accuracy, Casefill, OTIF, and Inventory Health.
- Experience with BPM tools, dashboards, and data governance platforms like Alation or Collibra.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Palantir Foundry
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio
- Knowledge of cloud data integration, APIs, and automation
- Experience in CPG/FMCG environments preferred
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or related field.
