Pastry Sous Chef – Role Summary: Responsible for managing pastry kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality desserts and baked goods, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards, controlling costs, and supporting business goals. Involves menu planning for pastries and desserts based on seasonal availability, forecasting demand, supervising and training team members, and maintaining pastry equipment and facilities. Ensures consistency, creativity, and excellent presentation while delivering a great guest experience and supporting the Executive Chef. Additional: This is a physically active role requiring strong leadership, creativity, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, professionalism, and good communication (English required; multilingual is a plus).
