This role is designed for an experienced, commercially minded Junior Sous Chef/ Sous Chef who is ready to operate as a true second-in-command and play a defining role in the next phase of our kitchen’s evolution. Working in close partnership with the Head Chef and Director of Culinary & Food & Beverage Services, you will help lead a large, high-performing team through an exciting period of growth, refinement, and transformation.
