Solution Design Manager
Responsibilities
- To lead/ support the SD workstream in the pursuit of new business/ renewal of existing
- Provision of solutions/ analytical support for implementation/ re-engineering needs for key/ strategic projects as assigned
- Outline solutions and commercial proposals in appropriate formats for presentation to internal / customers. Participate in customer presentations where required
- Works proactively with the customer to identify potential commercial / service improvement opportunities
- Develops and delivers innovative solutions and services that create value for customers and that help meet DSC's growth targets
- Actively collaborates with colleagues to develop new services / solutions that improve the customer experience
- Anticipates potential risks and proactively implements contingency plans with the support of customers
- Proactively reviews and improves internal processes that do not meet the customer’s needs
Requirements
- At least 4 years' relevant experience in Solution Design or relevant role (Analyst or Improvement)
- Warehouse, transport and supply chain knowledge is mandatory for this role
- Exposure to modeling of complex warehousing or domestic transport network, logistics / transport operations, etc.
- Understanding of Solution Design tools, techniques and procedures
- Good communication both in Thai and English
