Key Responsibilities
As a Software Developer, you will design, develop and validate features that are required to keep the vehicle SW up to date over the air.
Work with product team, system and other cross-functional teams to understand requirements.
Implement, validate and ship technical solutions for the best customer experience.
Provide hands-on technical leadership to the team, in the areas of design, coding and validation.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Computer Science engineering or related field
10-12 years of development experience in building frameworks, applications and services
Excellent Programming skills in C++, Java, C and Python
Development experience on platforms like Linux, Android and QNX
Strong object-oriented programming understanding
Strong debugging skills with tools like memory profilers, debuggers, call stack analyzer etcs.,
Strong fundamentals in data structures, memory management and threads
Ability to drive innovation and passionate about learning new technologies
Good understanding of networking, network tools and protocols like TCP, TLS etc.,
Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
Prior OTA SW update experience is added advantage
Prior Automotive embedded development experience is added advantage
