Job Purpose:
Ensure Social Security compliance from end to end, aligned with company controls and policies. Manage strategies and projects to optimize the administration of employer-employee contributions, occupational hazards, amortizations, audits, and internal/external requirements. Fulfilling these responsibilities impacts Sales, Human Resources, Finance, Security, and Operations functions, among others.
Your tasks:
- Monitor and report on compliance with social security contributions, preparing the metrics and budgets necessary for proper review and control.
- Ensure SLAs are met, guaranteeing satisfaction with the services provided to our colleagues.
- Manage the accounting records of Social Security transactions and, individually, those accredited by INFONAVIT.
- Manage the calculation and submission of salaries to the IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) in accordance with the company's benefits.
- Manage occupational risks, follow up on documentation, and submit the annual declaration.
- Follow up on lawsuits filed.
- Establish continuous improvement controls.
- Monitor the development of the team under their charge, focusing on supervision, training, and coordination.
- Developing and implementing new processes, standards or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of functional results.
- Achieve at list 90% NPA with GSN performance.
- Ensure that updates to Social Security Contributions Laws are implemented in Company process.
- Extensive contact with other departments
- Cooperate with and coordinate 3rd parties e.g. external service providers (payroll, Accounting, Finance, Tax, Human Resources, Health and Safety, Commercial, Operations, consultants and government).
- Be responsible for deploying changes, regulations, practices, and approaches.
- Train and advise Managers, Coordinators, Supervisor, and HR on relevant topics.
- Build relationships and understand customer and key stakeholders’ interests and concerns and network widely across businesses to strengthen the organizational and business knowledge and share information and learn with others.
Your profile:
Education Level
- Bachelor degree
Experience Level
- 5 to 7 years of experience with management of more than 30 employer registries, good command of social security and payroll regulations and legislation.
- Strong analytical skills in databases, statistics, summarization, and reporting. Document control, process mapping.
- Decision-making with economic impact.
- Office skills - intermediate to advanced.
- Management of accounting systems (SAP) and payroll (Humansite) systems.
