Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for customer service and deep technical expertise in the semiconductor industry? Join our team as the Service Section Manager Lithography and/ or Surface Preparation for a  Key Customer in Dresden and lead our service operations to new heights! 

About the Role: As the Service Section Manager, you will oversee all customer interactions and direct our service delivery within the fascinating semiconductor sector, focusing on Lithography and/or Surface Preparation technologies. In this pivotal role, you will manage a skilled team, ensure exceptional service quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. 

What You’ll Do:
-    Lead & Develop Teams: Inspire and guide your service team, fostering professional growth and peak performance. Set clear goals, conduct regular reviews, and cultivate a motivated, high-achieving culture. 
-    Drive Service Excellence: Manage all aspects of service delivery including repairs, maintenance, and technical support. Own onsite escalations as the primary customer interface, backed by strong collaboration with Product Support engineers and management. 
-    Ensure Safety Compliance: Champion workplace safety by enforcing TEL standards and regulations, providing your team with relevant training, and maintaining a safe working environment. 
-    Build Strong Customer Relationships: Serve as the main contact for service-related matters, proactively addressing customer needs and concerns. You will also undertake business trips abroad (1-3 months) to key customer fabs to gain deeper insights into their operations and strengthen partnerships. 
-    Provide Technical Expertise: Use your profound knowledge of semiconductor equipment and processes to support your team and clients, staying up to date with the latest industry advancements. 
-    Optimize Processes: Identify and lead initiatives to improve service workflows, reduce turnaround times, and elevate overall service quality. 
-    Collaborate Across Functions: Partner closely with Account and Service Management, Sales, Product Support, and global teams to align service strategies with broader business goals. 

What We’re Looking For:
-    Proven experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally in a service or customer support leadership role. 
-    Strong technical proficiency in semiconductor capital equipment, specifically Lithography and/or Surface Preparation. 
-    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while juggling multiple priorities. 
-    Exceptional communication skills and cultural awareness for working with diverse international stakeholders. 
-    Strategic problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset. 
-    Proficiency in software tools for managing and analyzing service-related data. 
-    Willingness to travel nationally and internationally to meet customer needs.

Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and/or training. In addition to base salary, we offer (full time regular employees ) a comprehensive benefits package and for certain roles eligibility in our bonus plan and long-term incentives as applicable.
