We’re looking for a Senior Support Analyst to join our Lisbon team and support a global banking application used by financial institutions worldwide. If you have experience in banking systems, strong analytical skills, and enjoy solving complex client issues, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career in financial technology. What You’ll Do Analyse and troubleshoot issues raised by banking clients. Identify whether problems are functional, configuration-related, or require deeper technical investigation. Collaborate with technical specialists and development teams (code reading only – no coding required). Support clients during testing cycles, deployments, and patching activities. Ensure high-quality service delivery while contributing to product stability and improvement. What We’re Looking For Experience in banking, financial services, or banking applications. Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers. Solid analytical and problemsolving skills; ability to understand application workflows quickly. Basic ability to review code paths (no development responsibility). Background in Support, Testing, or Application Analysis is welcome. Degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
