Senior / Staff Product Designer

We're building the product development system for teams and agents, and we're looking for a Senior / Staff Product Designer to join our team. As a key member of our fully remote team, you will be responsible for designing high-quality software products and collaborating with engineers and product teams to initiate and complete roadmap projects.

Requirements

7+ years experience designing software
Courage to ask questions, experiment, and advocate for what you feel is right
Humility to accept feedback, adapt your thinking, and iterate toward the best solution
Experience with prototyping in Figma (and beyond with tools like AI, HTML/CSS, Origami)
Ability to distill problems and feedback, then design clear, focused solutions
Effective written and verbal communication skills
