Senior Regional HR Generalist
Summary of the Job
As a Senior Regional HR Generalist, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end HR services in Austria and Switzerland, supporting the respective local Senior HR Business Partners and acting as a trusted partner to leaders. You will ensure consistent implementation of global HR policies and initiatives, support organizational effectiveness, and contribute to a positive employee experience in a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the counterpart of local HR Business Partners in Austria & Switzerland
- Coordinate the implementation of global and regional HR initiatives and processes; including but not limited to Performance- and Talent Management and Upskilling initiatives;
- Serve as a central driver in localizing global HR programs by adapting them into dynamic initiatives tailored to the unique local cultures
- Manage and maintain accurate HR records and reports, supporting organizational effectiveness and informed decision-making.
- Encourage collaboration across regions by promoting participation in global HR campaigns and fostering knowledge-sharing between teams in different countries
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role in a multinational environment
- Fluent English and German (spoken and written)
- Proactive, independent personality with strong ownership
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

For our location in Slovakia, the base salary starts from €2700 per month and depends on the professional qualifications and experience of the candidate.
