As a Senior Process Associate within Production Support, you play a key role in supporting manufacturing activities in a GMP cleanroom environment. In this hands-on role, you execute process-related tasks, guide team members and contribute to maintaining high quality and efficiency standards. You act as a go-to person on the floor and support continuous improvement within the team. This role is an excellent next step for operators looking to grow into a more senior and guiding position.

What you will do
- Execute production support activities in a cleanroom environment in line with GMP standards.
- Act as a first point of contact for operators on process-related questions.
- Provide guidance and on-the-job training to team members.
- Support and initiate deviations, CAPAs and change requests.
- Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
- Perform and support equipment checks and (re)qualifications.
- Assist with material handling, cleanroom support activities and periodic cleanings.
What we are looking for
- MBO, HBO or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical or related field.
- Experience working in a GMP or cleanroom environment is preferred.
- Experience in production support, manufacturing or logistics within pharma/biotech is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in daily operations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to guide and support team members.
- A structured, accurate and hands-on working style.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
