Senior Marketing Manager, Amazon Brand Co-Marketing and Points Incentives
We are seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to own go-to-market and growth for Amazon’s brand co-marketing and points incentive platform. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive significant business impact through 0 to 1 initiatives and shape the future of online shopping experiences in Japan. You will own the external-facing product communication, brand partner go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement that drives adoption of this program. This is a high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of product marketing, partner marketing, and sales enablement, requiring someone who can craft compelling value propositions, enable large sales organizations, and build relationships with senior marketing leaders at Japan's most iconic brands.
At Amazon, you'll work alongside the latest AI and GenAI tools that are increasingly woven into how teams operate: from AI-powered capabilities that accelerate decision-making, to Generative AI that helps you focus on work that truly matters. You'll have opportunities and resources to develop AI fluency at your own pace, with continuous learning built into the culture.
Key job responsibilities
Vendor Evangelism & Enablement (Primary Ownership)
• Own the go-to-market for co-marketing and points promotion products, designing and delivering lunch & learns, webinars, newsletters, and workshops targeting Selling Partners and VMBS (Vendor Managers / Brand Specialists).

• Create and maintain sales enablement collateral: pitch decks for VMBSs, product guides for vendors, and marketing materials in EN/JP
Brand Partner Relationship Management
• Drive brand partner pipeline development for pilot and scaling phases
• Plan and execute brand partner events, webinars, and roundtables to build awareness and demand
• Develop brand partner education materials explaining points economics: funding models, customer earning mechanics, redemption behavior, and ROI vs. price discounting
• Manage brand partner communications throughout the program lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, during-campaign updates, post-campaign retrospectives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with the Loyalty & Incentives PM on GTM and brand partner technical onboarding communications
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing team on co-branded creative and campaign narratives
• Coordinate with PR/Communications on external messaging and announcements
Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning
• Monitor competitive landscape: analyzing how other ECs and traditional agencies position their brand partnership and points offerings
• Track industry trends in retail media, co-marketing, loyalty integration, and points/rewards ecosystems
• Identify whitespace opportunities and emerging brand partner needs
