NTT DATA is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a Senior IT Operations Manager to work onsite in Los Angeles, CA with our global client.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily operations and activities of the North American IT team.
• Act as a key operational liaison between North America and the global IT leadership team.
• Ensure alignment between regional operations and global IT standards, priorities, and processes.
• Support operational visibility through reporting, follow-up, and execution tracking.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across distributed international IT teams.
• Assist with prioritization, escalation coordination, incident follow-up, and operational planning.
• Help maintain operational stability and service quality across the North American region.
• Identify operational risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, applications, security, support, and external vendors as needed.
• Contribute to the standardization and scalability of operational IT practices across the organization.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, service delivery, or technical operations environments.
• Experience coordinating distributed or international teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT operations and support processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple operational priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Hands-on and pragmatic approach with strong operational discipline.
• Ability to influence and coordinate without relying heavily on hierarchy.
• Adaptability and comfort operating in evolving organizational environments.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in multinational or globally distributed organizations.
• Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Exposure to operational governance, process standardization, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers.
• Previous interim, consulting, or transformation experience is a plus.
