Senior Information Retrieval Engineer, Brand Concierge
Job Description:
As a Quality Conformance Coordinator at Mars, you will collaborate with the operators in the value stream on root cause analysis and escalate to support departments or areas as required, use existing procedures to solve standard problems, analyze information and standard practices to make judgements and recommendations.
What are we looking for?
- Ideally, Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Engineering, Chemistry or related technical field
- [5+] years of demonstrated success in manufacturing/ quality experience
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Key interface between R&D related activities and the value stream, including communication of value stream initiatives to site R&D community
- Accountability for managing an effective corrective/preventive plan, including verification of effective implementation
- Quality lead in value stream routine management meetings and quality reviews
