Job Description:
A quality engineer is responsible for making sure that manufacturing processes are performed correctly using the right tools, materials and processes. This covers implementation of quality systems and coordination with cross functional team for the resolution of non-conforming products and achieve defined goals.
Implement Quality Management Systems.
Manage timely and effective resolution of customer feedback.
Works with operations team in addressing internal quality issues and RMAs per assigned area.
Provide immediate quarantine and accurate disposition of non-conforming materials and products.
Management of RMAs and CAPA per cycle time defined.
Maintain quality documentation, including procedures and work instructions.
Analyze quality data and regular update of quality report.
Support customer and internal manufacturing audits.
Initiates quality and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements/Qualifications:
At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum (5) year experience as Quality Assurance Engineer in a Semiconductor or related Industry.
Knowledgeable in computer - Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc
Knowledgeable in ESD, 5S, 8D, FMEA, Control Plan , 7QC tools, Poka-Yoke, Why-Why Analysis and Fault Tree Analysis.
