Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Black Belt – Collections & Dispute Transformation to join our Global Business Services team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives across Collections and Dispute processes within the Order-to-Cash value stream, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence-driven technologies to optimize working capital and enhance customer experience.

You will operate as a strategic change agent within a dynamic, cross-functional environment, partnering closely with Finance, Customer Experience, Enterprise Information Technology, and Analytics teams to transition global financial operations from reactive models to predictive decisioning frameworks.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • End-to-End Transformation Leadership: Conduct deep-dive diagnostics—including Value Stream Mapping and process mining—to identify bottlenecks, reduce Days Sales Outstanding, mitigate bad debt, and ensure formally tracked business outcomes.

  • Intelligent Automation & Artificial Intelligence Enablement: Design and deploy Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning use cases, predicting customer payment behaviors and collaborating with Data Science teams to embed agentic decision intelligence into daily financial workflows.

  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Orchestration: Align transformation initiatives with enterprise data and technology strategies, acting as the critical bridge between operational business units, process design, and technology execution teams.

  • Capability Building & Organizational Enablement: Design and deliver Lean Six Sigma training programs, mentor Green Belt projects, and establish standardized continuous improvement playbooks to foster a culture of data-driven problem solving.

  • Governance, Control & Sustainability: Implement robust governance models, lead Corrective and Preventive Action frameworks, and standardize Standard Operating Procedures to guarantee the long-term sustainability of operational improvements.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in process transformation within banking, insurance, consulting, or large-scale shared services / Global Business Services environments.

  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Root Cause Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Minitab.

  • Proven ability in leading complex, cross-functional programs, navigating ambiguity independently, and delivering measurable financial and operational impact.

  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Mandatory); additional certifications in Agile/Scrum, Kaizen, or Prosci Change Management are highly preferred.
