Senior Associate/AVP, Digital Strategy & Initiatives Specialist, Digital Channel Management, Consumer Banking Group
Role Overview: We are seeking a Digital Banking Strategic Specialist responsible for delivering scorecard-linked strategic initiatives, championing department roadmaps, and leading digital acquisition and literacy efforts. This role requires a highly motivated individual with experience in digital banking, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Projects Delivery: Execute strategic initiatives from pre-login to post login experience across digital platforms
- Lead Digital Acquisitions and Enhancements: Develop and implement proactive digital acquisition strategies, expand customers base, usage and prevent digital attrition
- Lead Digital Literacy (Enablement & Adoption): Design and scale digital literacy programmes, monitor and analyse digital campaign performance across segments to boost digital usage
- Drive Digital Usage and Cross-sell: Develop and increase product holdings across digital platforms, including chatbot strategy
- Develop and drive Department Strategic Roadmap: Translate strategic plans into actionable initiatives, ensuring transformational rather than incremental improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital banking, strategic planning, or digital transformation roles
- Strong project management, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments, influence and drive change
- Experience with project management, execution of strategic initiatives highly desirable
